Words cannot express how insanely cool this RISTOR lamp looks in person. The pictures here do not do this big guy justice, nor do any words that we can use to describe this piece. A true piece of history, this piece of equipment was used by the army to test the electrical systems of tanks. If a tank was having some sort of issue, a technician would lug this instrument over and hook it up. Whoever designed this thing could not have known how well it would have aged over the past 60 years. So much time and care went into restoring this lamp, because it was in severe disrepair when found. The original switch is used to turn this lamp on. It also comes complete with a spot to store a few of your favorite books.
